Year 8 spring 2 – control: LESSON 6
Lesson objectives:-
To apply previous and new learning to be able to build a procedure and use it as part of a larger programme.
To try out alternatives or new solutions, (PLTS p.15 blue).
1) Make sure that all your Pelican Crossing work is labelled correctly and saved into your
Pelican Crossing folder, (inside your Y8 Sequencing folder)
2) Open Logicator and select ‘Washing machine’.
Open the teaching materials and scroll down to Specification 1.
Using ‘Fill’, ‘Wash’ and ‘Empty’ procedures, build a wash cycle programme. Save it in your Washing Machine folder as ‘Specification 1′. If you are not sure, click here.
3) If you finish quickly, attempt Specifications 2 & 3. Specification 2 Specification 3
4) Hand your work in in the usual way.
