Text Box: Kirklees School Meals Service is committed to improving the service it provides to pupils and staff. As part of a programme of ‘continuous improvement’ the service is looking to introduce a ‘mystery shopper’ scheme. Gomersal Middle School has agreed to take part in this scheme and we are looking for volunteers to assist us in this programme. As a ‘mystery shopper’ we would ask you to come to school for lunch. Text Box: The price of a school meal remains at £1.65 each day. Please be reminded that payment should be made each day at the till to the kitchen staff. We have been advised a number of our pupils have an allergy to nuts. Whilst we appreciate nuts are a healthy nutritional snack and a good source of protein we would be grateful such items could be avoided in packed lunches.
