The Design & Technology department has a classroom for theory lessons and a specialist workshop stocked with a wide range of hand-tools and electrical machines.

All pupils have 1 lesson of Design Technology per week. During their time at Gomersal pupils will have the opportunity to work with woods, metals, plastics, electronics, textiles and food, using a wide variety of tools and machines
